I made this for dinner yesterday. I haven't been feeling well, but good enough to make dinner. Today is a different story though. I sometimes have a hard time thinking of new ideas for dinner. I'm not a fan of the same thing week after week. Luckily my wonderful husband never minds. I found this recipe on YouTube. It's pretty good and pretty easy.
