SSC Color of the Season Fall 2009

These are pictures of the SSC Colors of the Season Kit. I already had a touch of Pink and it's a gorgeous color. You can use Touch of Pink as a highlighter on the brow bone or use it all over with a light hand and it does give you a luminosity to the face. I am loving the color Stormy Night. It's a beautiful bluish grey great for that smokey eye or use as eyeliner. The lipstick Catwalk is such a gorgeous color also. Beautiful beigy nude. The blush Dune looks really neutral. So much so that I don't know if it will show up on my skin. I am a MAC NC40 the GOOD thing about this blush is that it's NOT shimmery it's Matte, which I think would look very pretty on lighter skin. I might even use it as an eyeshadow. The fatline eyeshadow pencil is purple. It looks blue on my picture but it's purple. I'm going to do a makeover on my neice this weekend so that I can show how the colors can be used. I'm not too happy with the pictures but it will give you an idea of what it has so you can see before you buy. The kit is a good kit, with a full size skin treatment and let's not forget the full size mineral foundation and the brush that comes with it. I think this is an excellent value and most of the time, these colors are hard to find on hsn because they belong to the kits. Here is the complete list of the kit:

  1. Ice Age Lip Plumper Clear $22.50
    Pro Mineral Foundation Medium $24.50
  2. Kabuki Brush $16.00
  3. Pro Mineral all over luminosity Touch of Pink $22.50

The total value for this would be $228.00 the kit is well worth the price.

If anyone is interested in buying the following please leave a comment and we can work something out. Selling: Ice Age lip gloss, Promineral foundation in Medium with Brush, Touch of Pink all over luminizer, Fatline pencil in Midnight Star and the Full size Total Youth Recall. Enjoy.

Hi there,
I know you posted this blog a while ago but i just came across it as im thinking about trying out the pro minerals foundation. Would you recommend it? Also what kind of coverage does it give and is it an original glo base of more of a matte base.
Thanks, Emma.

Hi Emma,

I do recommend the Pro Minerals foundation. It has a med to full coverage and it does have a slight glow to it. Also, it does have a slight rose smell to it but it does go away, however if your allergic to scents this might not be for you. I use the tan color and I love the coverage it gives me. I do think it's the best for your money. They give you a HUGE container of it, nothing like BE it's like 3 times the amount of BE. Let me know if you buy it or have anymore questions :)
