BBQ Pork Sandwiches

We had this for dinner yesterday and it was delish. I made this in my pressure cooker but you can make it in a crock pot.

1 1/2 pound pork roast
1/4 sliced onion
2 garlic cloves
3 potatoes sliced
2 carrots sliced

Brown pork roast. If using the pressure cooker cut the roast in two or three pcs depending on the size of the roast.

Mix in a bowl:
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can chicken stock
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
Add to the meat. If using a crock pot you can add some bbq sauce and some ketchup. If using the crock pot put on low for 6 to 7 hrs, if using the pressure cooker follow meat directions. I took the meat out shredded it and then added some bbq sauce to it and made sandwiches. I did that so in case my husband wanted to eat the meat with the veggies and mashed potatoes or rice he could. NOTD Sinful Color Mint Apple

I'm sure by now you've seen this nail polish and previous reviews. It had been sitting in the back of my nail polishes forgotten. I put it on last night and I remembered why I fell in love with this color in the first place. It reminds me of Easter for some reason but I love it all the same. I also put it on my toes. Now if I could only find another color like this but in a pink version. Any thoughts?

I like the premise of Vampires in Tudor England. I also like how the author explains the Druids and the Vampire Slayers. Druids protect vampires and Christopher is one of them. Rosalind is a vampire hunter and has to join forces with Christopher in order to find out who is trying to kill Henry VIII and why. Of course the Druids and the Llewellyn's (Vampire Slayers) do not like each other. One is sworn to protect the vampires and the other to kill them. Christopher and Rosalind have chemistry and I like that Christopher was right to the point with her and was not one of those alpha males who take forever in the book to declare his love. I can't wait to read the next one.
